There are two bathrooms, both with shower and bathtub, close to the bedrooms, a guest toilet near the entrance lobby, a laundry room, a lower ground floor cellar, a large kitchen dining room and two living rooms. The ground floor living room has round thick walls that ensure a cool temperature even in the summer, while the bright first floor living room boasts a working fireplace and panoramic views. On the top floor there is a studio with a balcony, enjoying magnificent views over the surrounding countryside, which is also ideal for star watching. Summary: There is no other word than amazing for this house. 1. Massimo - the owner: unbelievable friendly and helping you with great advices and tips for your stay. 2. the house: we love the old towns in Italy - but normally you just see the houses in the historic towns from the outside. Thanks to Massimo we could step into the inside. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your daily live. Perfect for up to three couples or a family with kids. you have three bed rooms (one with a roof window!) and one with a great view into the Tuscany landscape. the terrasse is great to have a lovely dinner while you can enjoy the view into the landscape again. You only need to know that there are a lot of stairs (typically for this kind of buildings). 3. city and surrounding. Cetona is a place where you can relax and slow down your live. the central place is a fantastic hotspot with great restaurants and the chance to relax and enjoy the Italien Lifestyle. the surrounding overs you a wide space of opportunities when you like to see more. from wine tasting up to historic towns and natural thermal bathes.... finally I like to just thank Massimo to give us the opportunity to stay at his house!
